Return to Stillness

Join Kay & Jules at the beautiful space that is the Acorn Wellness Retreat for a day of relaxation, restoration, qigong and the opportunity to relax with a gentle flow. As winter wraps the world in stillness and the days grow shorter, take time to pause, breathe and return to the light within.

There will be a mix of practices including breath work too, Yoga Nidra, a gong bath by the amazing Jules Cooper. Nourishing plant based lunch, use of the sauna, or you can walk in the glorious countryside, read, relax or just be.

Day begins at 09.00 and will finish by 4pm. Time for you to cultivate your inner garden and tend it lovingly. Cost is £135 for the day. Therapies are a separate cost when available.

I find all your classes really uplifting. You always greet people with such warmth and genuine love – and the rest of the yoga unfolds from there.
— Gilly C
I always feel better afterwards. Every class provides a still centre in a rather rough world.

We are all students

I have worked with some incredible teachers & mentors along the way. I’d love to share with you the knowledge I have gained from their teaching as well as books that I recommend.

Life is a lesson

MIMI KUO DEEMER

This extraordinary woman and teacher is Mimi Kuo Deemer, she trained me to weave Qigong practices into my yoga flows. I have grown to love the ancient practice of Qigong and the way it connects and heals. We all inspire, influence and teach each other as we go through life and pass on wisdom along the way.

EDWARD HARPIN WHO OWNS THE TREE RETREAT IN ROSEDALE EAST, PICKERING. NORTH YORKS.

Ed, a wonderful influence in my life and teachings, has recently published his book which I highly recommend. A personal journey Edward took and how he transformed his life through ten guiding principles gaining deeper insights and finding a purposeful path. This book is a life gift in every sense. There is also a beautiful set of intention cards that coordinate with the book. For purchase details contact: https://thetree.earth/category/all-products.
